Technology moves quickly. Our job is to make sure we’re moving with it — and, more importantly, turning that progress into real value for our clients.

This week, members of the Zinia leadership and operations teams attended the Kaseya MSP Roadshow in Johannesburg, where the conversation centred on what’s next for MSPs and the technologies shaping how we manage, secure, and support our clients’ environments.

We had plenty to take back to Zinia.

AI and Kaseya Intelligence. More automation. Smarter ticketing. Automated remediation. Identity security. SIEM. Better use of data. And fewer manual processes standing between an issue and its resolution.

What stood out was how closely many of the conversations aligned with the direction we’re already taking at Zinia: using technology and automation to make our teams more effective, improve visibility and ultimately deliver better outcomes for our clients.

We came away with around 10 solid ideas and opportunities to explore further — including Kaseya SIEM and additional ways we can use automation and intelligence across our operations.

Our MD, Warren Bonheim, also joined the panel discussion, sharing Zinia’s perspective on the metrics that really matter when running an MSP, where service providers should be focusing their attention, and what it takes to build a technology operation that consistently delivers value to clients.

The best part of days like these isn't simply seeing what's new.

It's coming back asking: How can we use it to make things better for our clients?

Recent Gartner predictions point to a clear shift. The conversation is moving beyond preventing cyberattacks. Organisations are now being challenged to:

• Improve visibility across their technology environment.

• Simplify increasingly complex security ecosystems.

• Demonstrate the business value of cybersecurity investments.

• Prepare for AI-driven threats and opportunities.

Cybersecurity is no longer just an IT responsibility. It's becoming a business resilience strategy.

The organisations that succeed won't necessarily be those with the most security tools—they'll be the ones with the clearest strategy.

There’s something special about seeing your name go up on the building. ❤️

Our refreshed Zinia signage is now in place inside and out, and for us, it represents far more than a new logo on the wall.

It marks how far we’ve come, and where we’re going next.

Zinia has evolved over the years alongside our clients, our people and technology itself. Today, we’re bringing everything we’ve built together as one strategic technology implementation and management partner, helping businesses improve performance, reduce risk and operate with greater confidence.

That evolution is now reflected in the space around us too.

Even our meeting rooms tell part of the story. They’re simple reminders of what we want our work to deliver, every day.

Watching this transformation come together has also reminded us of something that hasn’t changed: our people. Seeing Zinians jump in, help one another and pull together to make the magic happen is a big part of what makes days like these worth celebrating.

Last week was a big one for Zinia. ❤️

At our Company Update, we officially unveiled our refreshed brand internally, but the day was about much more than a new look.

Our ExCo and ManCo shared where Zinia is heading, the business we’re building together, and how each of us plays a part in getting there.

It was a day filled with new energy and plenty of excitement as our updated signage started appearing around the office, new desk mats landed on everyone’s desks, and our refreshed brand began to feel very real.

And because memorable days deserve good food, there were crêpes and waffles too.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the day such a success, and to every Zinian for the energy and enthusiasm you brought.

We’re building a Zinia that delivers greater value for our clients, creates meaningful impact, and sets a higher benchmark for what great technology partnership looks like.

At Zinia, that celebration is especially meaningful. 52% of our team are women, contributing across our business, from support and operations to finance, customer success, marketing and leadership.

We believe creating a workplace where women can grow, contribute, be heard and succeed matters — not only during Women’s Month, but throughout the year.
