Network Connectivity to the datacentre and our servers stabilized at 13:01. Engineers are still onsite investigating the root cause and monitoring for any possible further problems.

SERVICES AFFECTED: Some of our cloud servers and mail hosting servers.
Some clients with cloud services and Amphibic/Aeon hosted mail accounts may experience intermittent connection problems due to a networking issue at the Johannesburg-based data centre where some of our servers are hosted.
Engineers are attending to the issue and are working on stabilizing network connectivity at the data centre.
We are monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as we receive more information from the data centre.
