📝 The Role at a Glance
This isn't just about posting pictures. You will be the voice of our brand across social platforms and the backbone of our marketing operations.
Social Media Management:
Strategy & Content: Develop, schedule, and execute a multi-platform content calendar.
Engagement: Foster community by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with industry peers.
Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of the curve on platform updates, hashtags, and viral formats.
Analytics: Report on KPIs to show us what’s working (and what isn’t).
Marketing Administration:
Campaign Support: Coordinate logistics for launches, newsletters, and events.
Database Management: Keep our CRM and mailing lists clean and segmented.
Asset Organization: Manage our digital library of photos, videos, and brand assets.
General Support: Assist the leadership team with research, reporting, and scheduling.
✅ Who You Are
You have 1+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
You are a visual storyteller with basic design skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
Your attention to detail is legendary—nothing gets past your "red pen."
You are proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
Must be based in the Lowveld - Mpumalanga.
