Experience & Activities
The role of Marketing Personnel is to develop, direct and manage our CRM, digital marketing, social media, advertising, and PR strategies to maximise user acquisition levels, conversion rates, and market share. You are responsible for planning, creating campaigns, promoting, and ensuring that all brand and messaging is aligned.
To lead the long-term vision for the development of Seventynine Digital as the leading provider of creative design and ICT agency in South Africa and, ultimately internationally. Develop and lead the brand’s social media strategy across all channels, new and existing. Manage the day-to-day relationship with our website development partner. This includes planning small changes to the website and managing a road map of enhancements to the website that will improve the website experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media, and advertising
Design content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads on all digital platforms
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns
Oversee all social media marketing via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights, to optimize investments
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
Drive email subscriptions and list developments
Evaluate emerging technologies
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Managing all marketing activities Seventynine Digital
Executing the marketing strategy for the organization in line with the objectives
Identifying market trends and key opportunities for Seventynine Digital
Oversee the design, print, and procurement of branding materials for Seventynine Digital (Flyers, banners, annual report, etc.)
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to drive marketing results
Lead regular brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas to test
Develop relationships with digital influencers that can help amplify marketing activities
Act as the first point of contact and respond to all inquiries from individuals and customers
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the marketing communications strategy
Requirements
Degree, diploma or certificate in Marketing
1-3 years experience in Marketing
Experience in Behavioural economics
Experience in digital and traditional marketing
Skills in implementing & developing social marketing strategies
Highly creative with experience in digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Ability to write for an audience and generate storytelling content
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and independent worker
Salary:
