Junior Account Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operating as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiating contracts and concluding agreements to maximize profit.
• Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
• Preparing reports on account status.
• Visiting client sites on a regular basis.
• Managing and taking accountability for the account.
• Conducting meetings with clients (onsite) with regards to services provided.
Requirements:
• 1 year experience as an Account Manager.
• Relevant qualification will be an advantage.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Drivers licence (Obtained 3 years ago).
