✓ Pay Day is on the 25th of every month.

✓ If the 25th is on a weekend or
holiday, Promo Support will be paid a day earlier.

✓ Promo Support is paid for the activations that were achieved
in the previous month for example March payment is for February
Activations.

✓ Promo Support is paid for the MTN, Telkom & Cell C activations &
Vodacom is paid on the Smartcall pay day.

✓ Activation is when the ricad Sim has used the required network
usage on data, calls or SMS for example used R23 on Telkom.

✓ Promo Support is paid into a Smartload wallet accessed by
dialling *130*678 #

✓ Once Promo Support is in the
Smartload wallet it can be sold out as
airtime, data & much more or transferred
to other Smartload wallets and can be
cashed out through the FNB or Nedbank.

2. Transferring Smartload is not Cashing Out

3. Transferred Smartload cannot be Cashed Out.
(Avoid it to avoid failure to acess your Smartload)

4. You must know or create your 5 Digits ewallet pin in order to access Smartload Ewallet ( Pin can be reset in 24 hours)

5. Cash Out costs R10 which is deducted from your Smartload balance.

NEW CONNECTION RULE FOR NEW SIMS

After a new sim has been Ricad successfully and inserted in a phone, it must recharge with minimum of R10 to access full functionality of the Sim, make and receive calls, sms or browse the internet.

The +R10 recharge counts towards activation.
