Due to extreme weather conditions, we sustained significant damage to one of our wireless towers. We have managed to get the site running at approximately 40% capacity.

The current challenge is that we are awaiting improved weather conditions and safety approval from the site SHE Officer before the technical team will be permitted to climb the tower and assess the damage.

We have prepared for the worst-case scenario and have all the required hardware in stock and ready to deploy as soon as approval is granted.

Please be assured that we are working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and it remains our top priority.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
