🚨 WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER 🚨
Spark Product Engineering is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Plettenberg Bay.
If you’re an organised leader who thrives in a fast paced technology environment, enjoys managing installation teams, and can successfully deliver projects from planning through to completion, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing IT and technology installation projects across South Africa. You’ll work closely with clients, oversee technician teams, compile BOMs, procurement and project schedules, and ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Managing installation teams and day to day project ex*****on
✅ Planning and scheduling projects and installations
✅ Managing IT projects, BOMs, quotations and customer orders
✅ Conducting site surveys and liaising with clients
✅ Coordinating stock, materials and equipment
✅ Monitoring project budgets and timelines
✅ Ensuring technicians remain productive and projects stay on track
✅ Travelling throughout South Africa to oversee installations where required
✅ Manage elements of internal construction projects
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has at least 3 years’ Project Management experience
✔ Is a confident leader with excellent organisational skills
✔ Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Has strong client communication skills
✔ Is professional, proactive and solution-driven
✔ Holds a valid driver’s licence and is willing to travel
