Non-Verbal Communications

Ever noticed how some people smile or frown when on the phone? or waive their hands about or shrug their shoulders?
the person that they are speaking to can't see them, so why do we do it?
our body's are connected to our emotions & expressions and if you want to create a clear communication experience you should focus on our body language even if the person on the other side of the line can't see you

Try it and see how conscious actions, like smiling while talking, if you want to engage a person to accept your message easier. Or tap your index finger on your desk if you want to negotiate a better deal to exclaim your determination.
