Figure AI livestreamed its F.03 humanoid robots, powered by Helix AI, working autonomously in a real warehouse sorting packages.

What started as an 8-hour test turned into a continuous run lasting 200 hours (about 8.3 days) with zero reported failures.

During the test, the robots sorted 249,560 packages, operating at roughly one package every 3 seconds using multiple robots in shifts.

No hardware breakdowns or major errors were reported throughout the entire demo.

This livestream marked a major milestone for humanoid robotics, showing long-duration real-world performance beyond short demonstrations. However, the task was still structured warehouse work, not fully complex real-world handling.

🛑 UK regulators fined South Staffordshire Water £963,900 ($1.3 million) after a cyberattack exposed the personal data of nearly 664,000 customers and employees. The breach remained undetected for almost two years.

📂 Investigators found the attack started with a phishing email, allowing hackers to install malware and quietly expand access across the company’s network. Attackers eventually gained domain administrator privileges before the breach was discovered in 2022.

⚠️ The leaked data included names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, bank details, account credentials, and sensitive employee HR records. The stolen information later appeared on the dark web.

🔍 The UK ICO blamed the incident on major cybersecurity failures, including outdated Windows Server 2003 systems, missing security patches, weak monitoring, and poor vulnerability management. Only about 5% of the IT environment was actively monitored.

💰 Regulators initially planned a larger penalty, but the fine was reduced by 40% after South Staffordshire admitted liability, cooperated with investigators, and agreed to settle without appeal.
