We will be looking to support the following
• Software Support
• Hardware Support “Clients will be advised which parts to buy or the parts will be bought for them”
• All Microsoft Windows Operating system versions support from Vista to Windows 10
• Apple Macintosh Support all devices i.e iPad’s, iPhones, Mac Books, iMacs also.
• Apple OSX support from Leopard to Sierra
• Printer Support “installation and troubleshooting of printers all models”
• Microsoft Office Support from 2003 – 2016 and also office 365 support
• Office for Mac 2011 and 2016
• Email configuration on mobile devices Android, Windows Phone, and IOS
• Outlook Setup using client’s POP3 settings or configure it according to the client’s Exchange Server settings
• Virus/ Spyware removal
• Advice on preventative measures that can be taken so that client avoids having issues with their computers and devices.
