The Department Of Justice and Constitutional Development should step up on issues relating to MsM, WsW, MsW&M, WsM&W and Trans people in South Africa. There are over a 1000 cases of Medical Practitioners, Professional Nurses and Medical Doctors who are not aligning themselves with the Guidelines for HIV Management prescribed by the National Strategic Plan (NSP 2012/2016) on the regulation of PreP (Pre-exposure Prophylaxis) and PeP (Post Exposure Prophylaxis) under the HIV Prevention Strategy on people that are considered as a Key Population.

These professional are misconducting themselves and insubordinating by ignoring the direct instruction of their employer (National Department Of Health) championed by Dr. Aaron Motshwaledi. The NSP 2012/ 2016 is a guideline document and servers as a direct instruction of the Minister of Health in South.south Africa. Funny enough these professionals are still reporting on duty after they have been found guilty of medical misconduct for not providing clients of the Department of Health with prophylactic treatment at the HCT Centre on CICT in rural areas.

Social issues that affects young people in South Africa are resulting to the high unemployment rate. The Labour Law most especially the Labour Relations Act - should be adjusted taking into account the Social aspect of a Black man/ woman in South Africa.
