DWR Distribution have a 2 000sqm premises in LaserPark, Honeydew. The office has a friendly and helpful sales team along with a demonstration area and training facility. A manufacturing department assists with custom made items such as bars or rails, and the cabling team that never have a moment to spare.

DWR Distribution Durban is officially open!

What an incredible evening! We are absolutely stoked by the phenomenal turnout, with well over 100 people joining us to celebrate the opening of our brand new Durban office, and we are so grateful for the support.

This is a special space. The Durban office features a dedicated demo room where clients can experience gear firsthand, a fully stocked warehouse to get you what you need when you need it, and a dedicated training space named in honour of the late Roy Wood, a fitting tribute to someone who meant so much to our industry.

Leading the Durban team is Michael Taylor-Broderick, joined by Nick Barnes and Jade Manicom, and together they are going to make this a truly special home for DWR Distribution in KwaZulu-Natal.

The session focused on the essentials of building reliable networks for live events, covering network topology, VLANs, redundancy and switch configuration — all vital for keeping audio, lighting, video and integrated systems connected and running smoothly.

Jaco Beukes looks forward to presenting RCF RDNet Operator Training on 22 September from 9 am to 5pm at DWR Distribution in Durban. This course provides all the necessary knowledge to set up and configure an RDNet network.

From cabling topology and network component configuration to loudspeaker and software setup, you’ll walk away with a new way of doing things.

It was a true pleasure for DWR Distribution to be invited to participate in the Omega SURGE Technology Conference 2026, hosted at the stunning Avianto in Muldersdrift.
