Wrigley’s 5Gum “Amplify your senses” came 3rd in the Ad of the Month’s Out of home Experiential category.

Insight: The one sure way to speak to today’s youth market is through music. We know that they can;t go a day without their favourite tunes.
Idea: 5Gum promises to stimulate your senses. You can taste, feel, see and smell the gum, but how can you hear it? As the brand of gum that brings music to the masses of South Africa by sponsoring alternative music events, 5Gum is amplifying its positioning by transforming the normal gum pack into a portable speaker.
Implementation: Simply place your phone in the pack, fold out the bottom section to form the speaker and then play your favourite song -26% louder.
Results: Once again, we’ve cranced up 5Gum’s positioning as the brand that understands the youth, the product that stimulates the senses and takes any music experience to the next level.
