With everyone struggling with mental health currently and having been there myself for many years - we wanted to create a product that would honestly change someone’s life but doesn’t cost them what being in a mental facility would as this is not something everyone has access to nor does everyone have access to a psychologist.

As you’ve seen, this year I added a 2023 diary to the mix after what has been a tough road for many people the last two to three years.

My diary offers a year of self-growth and development! With everyone struggling with mental health currently and having been there myself for many years - I wanted to create a product that would honestly change someone’s life but doesn’t cost them what being in a mental facility would as this is not something everyone has access to nor does everyone have access to a psychologist.
