About four years ago, L*D Open was a team of just over 30 people, all brilliant at what they did; however, the company had yet to become the unified machine that it is today.

Navigating strategic changes, including a leadership structure overhaul, adopting new technologies, and understanding what it truly means to take care of your people, were just some of the insights that Neil White, L*D Open CEO, encountered while growing the business to 70+ people.

Over the years, the company has evolved from a Linux/open source technology services company that took on the new frontier of cloud native in the 2010s, into an internationally trusted AI systems integrator with the launch of L*D Open Middle East.
