We are Hiring: Enterprise Account Executive
At Developmenthub, we build real software for real clients, and we’re scaling fast. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who can take ownership of high-value deals, engage senior stakeholders, and drive meaningful revenue growth in a high-performance environment.
This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll be working on complex, solution-led deals, partnering with enterprise clients, and owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role where you own outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Own the full sales cycle; from prospecting to closing complex deals
- Develop tailored, solution-driven proposals aligned to client needs
- Drive strategic conversations and position Developmenthub as a trusted partner
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and leadership teams to win and execute deals
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM with precision
What We are Looking For:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and knows how to win work.
You should ideally have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, tech, or solutions-based environments
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding targets
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the C-suite level
- Strategic thinker with a consultative, solution-led sales approach
- Highly self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
