At Developmenthub, we build real software for real clients, and we are growing our commercial team to match. We are looking for a Sales Administrator / Officer to join us at a junior level, someone who's sharp, proactive, and ready to make their mark in a high-performance environment.

This role sits at the front end of our business development function. You will help us identify opportunities, engage potential clients, and keep our commercial pipeline running cleanly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
This isn't a passive admin role. You will be actively supporting the way we generate and manage new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities across target markets
- Making initial contact with prospects and qualifying leads
- Supporting the writing of proposals, tenders, and capability statements
- Managing and maintaining our CRM, keeping records clean and reporting sharp
- Producing regular pipeline updates for the MD

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone early in their career who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

You should ideally have:
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or administrative support role (internships and learnerships count)
- Excellent written communication (you write well and you know it)
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and reliable
- Comfortable with data and reporting basics
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Any experience with a CRM platform is a bonus, not a requirement
