We understand that Telkom have just raised all their international call rates. Our's have not changed and are still incredibly cheap. No admin fees, no expiration of minutes. Spread the word!!

Apologies - the Telkom line went down over the weekend. We have just got the reference number from our suppliers but it appears to be inside the data farm. Please use the backup number as per our last post for today, and perhaps tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience

If you find the system access number - 011 392 2188 - is engaged, we still have the backup Neotel number - 010 040 4001 - which you can use if you have an emergency. It is more expensive to use since it is Neotel, but it may suit you to use it.

Our switchboard has suffered a problem since loadshedding last night. We can hear you but you cannot hear us. Please send a mail, or call us on 082 374 7547 if you can hear us answer but there is no voice response. We are working on getting it fixed ASAP, but our apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime

Our supplier had a major crash of their systems over the weekend. No-one can actually make outgoing calls, including their office staff, so it must be big. We have been nagging them, but all we can do is wait for them to fix the problem, whatever it is. Our server is answering calls on 011 392 2188 and 010 040 4001 as normal, but all numbers are unavailable. Please accept our apologies.

We must apologise as the system stopped routing calls late this afternoon. We have reported it to our supplier and hopefully they will be able to get it working again soon. Have a great weekend

We had a problem this morning causing all calls to fail. It has been resolved and calls are now working, but we have not yet been advised what went wrong. It is possible that it was linked to work on the system - you will no longer be asked for your PIN when calling from one of your registered numbers - just one of the tweaks we have requested.

We are very happy, and relieved, to announce that our long-awaited inbound Telkom lines have now been installed. If you are already a customer and do not get the email that we are sending out now, please call us for the number to use.

There is a temporary problem on the line (CLI is not enabled yet) so you will be asked for your "complete PIN" until thatis fixed, hopefully today or tomorrow. Just call us for your new PIN if the one you have does not work.

All speedials are also working again, but if you want any changes made, or new ones added, you will need to come through us for a while.

Our suppliers internal network went down just after 17h00 last night and much to my surprise it is still not working yet. Wee had the same problem over Xmas and it was fixed within an hour. We will be raising the question of reliability with them at our next progress meeting next Friday, and will check progress on the installation of the Telkm lines for the convenience of our customers who like to use Telkom's Closer package, which allows free calls up to 1 hour within SA.
