Network Outage Notice – KwaZulu-Natal

Some customers in KwaZulu-Natal may currently be experiencing slow speeds or intermittent connectivity due to a major upstream national network outage.

Please note that this is not an isolated Yutiliti issue. The fault is affecting infrastructure upstream of Yutiliti, with multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Fibre Network Operators (FNOs) impacted across the region.

Traffic has been rerouted onto backup links where possible, but due to the increased demand, some customers may still experience reduced performance.

Our network partners are actively working to resolve the issue, and we will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
