Researchers found a password-stealing trojan called ChocoPoC hiding inside fake "proof-of-concept" exploit code on GitHub — bait aimed at people racing to test new vulnerabilities. Run the wrong file, and it quietly grabs your saved passwords and browser data.
Good reminder: never run exploit code from GitHub without reviewing it first.

CISA has confirmed active exploitation of a LiteSpeed cPanel plugin flaw (CVE-2026-54420). A lot of small business websites sit on shared hosting running cPanel, so this one's worth checking even if you've never touched server config yourself.
Ask your host if it's patched, or patch it directly if you manage your own site.

CISA is warning about FortiBleed — a large-scale campaign exposing credentials on Fortinet devices. It's already been linked to the INC and Lynx ransomware gangs, who use stolen logins to get in the door before deploying ransomware.
If you run Fortinet hardware, check the advisory and rotate credentials on anything exposed.
