Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Officer will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, self-driven, and passionate about technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients across multiple sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
• Create and present business proposals, product demonstrations, and solutions to clients.
• Manage and update the company’s sales pipeline, reporting regularly on progress.
• Collaborate with the technical team to align customer needs with tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
• Develop promotional content and contribute to digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (IT/Engineering background is an added advantage).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT, technology, or industrial solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet targets.
• Digital marketing and social media skills are highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
