Who is Ideate Solutions?

Our company is called Ideate Solutions (Private) Limited. We are Zimbabwe's first pure HR Technology company. We are building an automated employee engagement and feedback platform called PeopleEdge. The reason is that quite often organisation fail to get employee feedback on time. Sometimes the data is often stale and absolute.

In some situations its done manually using papers resulting in huge cost of papers, clumsy paper files, shortage of filing space and inaccurate insights from the surveys due to human error.

So our product, People Edge will enable organisations to collect such data in a digital, fast and effective manner. Your survey results and insights will appear to you in real-time, giving you the ability to advise organisations on the state of employee engagement and ways to manage that.

Our story

Our story dates back in the year 2013, when our Co-founders used to meet and play FIFA and Chess together. At that time Foward was still a Business Management and Computing Science student at the University of Zimbabwe whilst Farai was studying for a BSc Human Resource Management degree at the Midlands State University. During these regular meetings the two would discuss about wild business ideas each time they met.

These meetings were to continue to in the streets of Harare. They continued to share ideas until they joined with Abraham and Tauya to form Ideate Solutions (Private) Limited.

Today we pride ourselves as Zimbabwe's first pure HR Tech company ever! We are Ideate Solutions, we digitize your HR function!
