Senior PHP Developer
Job description
The ideal candidate will efficiently and quickly write PHP in a timely and scalable way in order to improve the code-base of the company's products in meaningful ways. This candidate will be able to test the code and make adjustments where necessary. They should also be experience in contributing to the whole software design lifecycle.
Responsibilities
You will be working in a fast-paced environment on a diverse set of projects in a team environment. Projects cover web administration portals, API integrations, API development, web front end, and mobile applications.
You will be assessed on your technical skill through a practical brief.
Your key responsibilities will be:

• Code development and architecture based on development lead specifications.
• Converting design changes and UX requirements into front-end and back-end code.
• Building websites and web applications with frontend and backend code, dependent on the project and your role in the team per project.
• Working with PHP, CodeIgniter, , Laravel, VueJS, and React

Qualifications & Skills
• ·Relevant tertiary education (Diploma/Degree/Honours/Industry Certifications)
• Experience in software development
• Passion for best design and coding practices
• 5+ years work experience with PHP and JavaScript (Requirement)
• 4 + years work experience with Codeigniter (Requirement)
• 4+ years work experience with Laravel and VueJS (Requirement)
• Experience with GIT & Bitbucket version control is important.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, tools and PHP skills
