What is EasyPayroll
EasyPayroll is an employee management system that allows you to keep records of your employees on the basis of attendance, departments, awards and years.
In addition to this it also offers clients management, income and expense calculator on the basis of fiscal year.

ATTENDANCE - Leave registers or any old way of recroding attendance and let SHIFT do this for you, easily mark attendance , mark absence with application and reason of leave , choose type of leaves , daily attanedance register with outstanding features based on fiscal date
EARNED LEAVE: This type of leave is used by companies to make their employees work more efficiently
If your business or company is not using earned leaves format just enter its value as '0' in office management menu.
Explaination of Earned Leave : The leaves assigned in earned leave is credited to casual leaves of the employee per month automatically on the basis of fiscal date and date of joining.
For ex : If fiscal date is 1st april of any year , date of joining of employee is 1st december 2014 and current date is 17th march 2014 and earned leaves assigned in office management is 24 and casual leaves is 12.
Now : earned leaves per month => 24/12 = 2
Fiscal date ie : financial year of business : 1st arpil to 31st march of every year ( because we set 1st april as fiscal year start in setting menu) :
Date of joining : 1st dec 2014.
Total months for working of employee from 2014 - 2015 is 1st dec to 1st april ie : 4 months
So every month earned leave is added to casual leave of that employee and thus he has earned 3*2=6
So total casual leaves seen in employee profile preview is : 6+12= 18 and current months earned leave will be added at the end of march
The more months employee works the more leaves he earns
Note : At the end of every fiscal year the remaining leaves will not be carried further to next year
