Today I am going to be talking about electronics repairs and laptop or computer repairs in general.
Tips before or when taking your laptop for repairs.
Most computer technicians are like mahwindi especially in Zimbabwe.
* When taking your laptop to a computer company make sure that:
1. Your screen is signed by you or your representative because chances of you getting it exchanged or swapped are high if they fail to repair it.
2. Make sure that your battery is also signed, marked because the chances of it exchanged are also high. Alternatively exercise patience and make sure that it is removed while you are there and go with it if the problem is not charging related.
3. If your laptop has extended ram make sure that you sign it or get a pic of it.
4. In economics they say the cheaper the merchandise the higher the cost you are going to incur, the price you are charged should be a guiding principle of a service that you are going to get or the consequences you are going to encounter.
5. We are born with talents but it doesn't kill you to know the qualifications of the person working on your laptop.
6. Image of the place is also very important though it might not be necessary but it points to red flags.
7. Company documents are also important to see them displayed though technical expertise might be an individual's domain.
