Here is exactly what I would fix first — without buying expensive systems.

The real problem
WhatsApp groups are for chatting.
Paper registers are for storage.
Neither is built for school administration.

So the workload stays high even when the school is “digital”.

If I were setting up a simple system for that school, I would start with only one thing:

👉 a WhatsApp enquiry automation for parents.

The flow would be this simple:

– Parent sends a message
– Automatic reply shows a menu
– Parent selects:
1️⃣ Admissions information
2️⃣ Fees & payment contact
3️⃣ Office hours & location

Only real, complex questions go to the admin staff.

Result:
Less interruptions.
Less repeated questions.
More time for actual school work.

A digital system does not start with computers.
It starts with removing unnecessary conversations.
