The challenge returns to Zimbabwe, inviting young innovators to design and build robots that address real community problems. Schools, clubs, and individual participants are all welcome.

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented engineering students to join our team as interns. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience, apply their knowledge to real-world projects, and learn from experienced professionals in the field. As an engineering intern at Netro Electronics Zimbabwe/BruteForce Engineering Zimbabwe, you will be involved in PCB design and manufacturing, CAD design and 3D printing, Research and Development for IoT and Embedded Systems applications.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
Conduct research and analyze data to support project goals.
Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges.
Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions.
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a National Certificate/Equivalent or Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, etc.).
Strong academic record.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, Arduino, Micropython, programming languages, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
