Markus Schnabl, with over six years of experience across customer care, marketing, and software support, is a true generalist. His adaptability and wide-ranging skills mean he’s ready to step in wherever he’s needed, ensuring our customers always experience Seekda’s commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Markus values time with his family and giving back to his community through volunteering.
Then there’s Natalia Tarasova, a dedicated technical support specialist who empowers hoteliers to make the most of Seekda’s software. With her strong technical background and problem-solving skills, Natalia ensures clients can navigate challenges smoothly. When she’s not assisting hoteliers, Natalia’s curiosity takes her across the globe, exploring new cultures and continuously learning.
