BRAND IDENTITY / Late last year we completed a branding project for SiiA - Jervis Bay, a new residential apartment development in Huskisson, NSW. The brand identity draws inspiration from Scandinavian design influences, the surrounding coastal environment and the considered interior styling of the apartments.

The name SiiA references the banksia – a native species synonymous with the Jervis Bay coastal landscape – establishing a clear connection between the development and its natural setting. The illustrative logo interprets this inspiration through a modern, simplified mark, while a restrained palette of black and grey aligns with the interior design direction. Together these elements create a refined visual language that complements the architecture and materials of the development.

This project was delivered in collaboration with the project developer, interior designer and sales agent – McGoldrick Estate Agents.

With the brand established, our focus has now turned to the design and development of the website, which we look forward to sharing with you soon.

When the opportunity arose to create a new website for Berry Netball Club, we were genuinely delighted to help create something that would support players and families.

BRAND IDENTITY / Ease Engineering Consultancy is built on deep industry knowledge and practical experience. In developing this new brand in late 2025, we created an identity that positions the business as confident, contemporary and technically assured from the outset.

The logo translates that positioning into a clear visual form. Angular, intersecting forms suggest precision, structure and engineered solutions, while also expressing collaboration and forward momentum – the meeting point between expertise and action.

The plum and flame palette reinforces this balance. Plum conveys sophistication and stability, grounding the brand in trust and dependability. Flame introduces vibrancy and drive. Together, they represent a consultancy that is both measured and dynamic.

The result is a distinctive, professional identity that feels established and credible, providing a strong foundation for the business as it establishes its presence.

Thank you to local engineer Andrew Debeck for choosing to work with us to bring his new business identity to fruition.

Today, Berry Writers Festival announced the dates for its 2026 event as 23 – 25 October 2026, marking a new chapter for the Festival. It is the perfect time for us to also showcase their new brand, designed by Handmade Web & Design.

The design reflects the power of communication in all its forms. The upper shape, like a ribbon bookmark, represents reading, reflection and return, while the speech bubble and ellipses suggest dialogue in motion, where voices meet and stories unfold. Together, the two shapes also form a subtle B for Berry.

A vibrant mix of colours represents the many voices that shape the Festival – each distinct, yet part of a larger conversation. Together, they express the Festival as a space for exchange, connection and shared meaning.

We’re looking forward to seeing Berry Writers’ Festival come to life in 2026!
