Hey everyone! Weploy Recruitment are currently on the search for candidates who have 1-2 years call centre or phone based customer service experience and are ready to work in Jan 2025.
🚀
We’re working with our healthcare client to find Customer Service Consultants who can call inbound and outbound leads, and provide advice to customers.
Location: South East Melbourne - Dingley Village (candidates must be based in Melbourne)
Work type: full-time (rotating rosters Monday to Friday)
Duration: 3 months with chances of going perm, commencing 6 January 2025.
Pay: $34.48 + super + incentive
Key tasks: managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls;
Please note that we can only accept candidates who have 1-2 years Inbound/Outbound contact centre or phone based customer service experience.

The applicant pool might not have been up to par. And sometimes, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) makes a mistake and filters out suitable resumes that otherwise would have been considered for the position.
