From curiosity to capability, and a room full of leaders ready to make the jump.
This week, we had the privilege of hosting an intimate executive lunch, bringing together forward-thinking not-for-profit leaders for a candid conversation: how do we move AI from experimentation to real organisational impact?
Alongside Dawson and Killalea-Walford from Microsoft Elevate, we explored a simple but often overlooked truth:
✅ AI isn’t the transformation, capability is. The shift is in the mindset.
👉 Moving beyond tools to trust, governance, and measurable outcomes
👉 Recognising that AI amplifies organisational advantage, not just efficiency
👉 Understanding that the real barrier isn’t capability of the tech, it’s confidence in using the right solution well
The NFP sector is feeling the pressure: rising demand, tighter funding, and increasing expectations to demonstrate impact.
And yet, those leaning into data and digital capability are already outperforming.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Elevate for partnering with us on such a valuable conversation.
If you’re in the NFP space and still in “curiosity mode,” consider this your nudge. 💡
