This moment was full circle for our CEO Steve Dawson as 22 years ago, he won the School Based Trainee of the Year award through this very same awards program. To see ONGC now recognised as Small Employer of the Year is a testament to our long-standing commitment to developing people, creating opportunities and investing in future talent.

Armed with VR headsets and our best tactical moves, we teamed up to slash and blast our way through wave after wave of enemies.
