Why so cheap? You need to finish the road/track to it.

We have the council permit to build the track from Banks Creek Road through SL370 (the block south of this). We're ~30% in so far after 6 Sunday mornings with hand tools. We have all environmental reports to support proper development of the road. I was just going to leave it as a basic track, but each to their own.

The price reflects the road status and no house. The land is owned outright with no finance/liens attached. You probably can't get finance unless you're going in with 50% equity or crazy credit.

The price goes up to $1.2m once the road is done. Open to serious offers/negotiation.

Found the person that hit my van. After being left sat for 12 days, I called Ipswich station. The officer who answered chased it down for me and got a name and phone number, which was super helpful.

Not sure why they weren't interested in charging the person for a hit and run in an unregistered vehicle, though.... not impressed. If I write what I think the reason is, I'll probably have the Redditors try to cancel me again 😅👍😂

At least they didn't scratch the Enkeis.

FREE FULL TANK OF FUEL
- to the first person to give me the address of this Pajero owner. Please feel free to share, might be a mate's neighbour. Driver/occupants were of Black African appearance. Fuel will be paid once police confirm and charge them. They reversed into my van and drove off without leaving details.

Police report has been lodged and insurance contacted, I just want to speed things up a little.

These champions backed into my van and drove off without leaving details. If you know them, please let them know they're going to get a call from both the police and NRMA. Yes, I'm very mad, I like my van, a lot. Driver was too covered by shadows to be identifiable.

Getting home brew Mega Blox down pat. Able to make them in any colour. Multicolour 2x1 are 40c/piece, more shapes and sizes coming soon! Work/Fit with the official KMart ones perfectly.
