🚨 Important Alert for Outlook & Teams Users 🚨

Microsoft has identified a known issue where Classic Outlook may crash or automatically open in Safe Mode, particularly when used alongside the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in.

⚠️ Notice for Outlook Users with Gmail Accounts

Compuhelp I.T Services has recently received reports from several clients experiencing the error “Cannot connect to the server” when using Gmail accounts in Microsoft Outlook (Classic Outlook for Windows).

Microsoft has acknowledged this issue and is currently investigating synchronization problems affecting Gmail and Yahoo email accounts in Outlook. Some users may encounter errors such as:

• 0x800CCC0E
• 0x800CCC0F
• Gmail folders not syncing properly
• Outlook unable to connect to the IMAP server

According to Microsoft, this issue may be related to the authentication or synchronization process between Gmail and Outlook.
