StationOne v0.19.0 is live! 🚒

Two big features dropping in this release for brigades serious about managing their operations:

Asset Manager
Finally — a proper asset register for your brigade. Track everything your unit owns, manage replacement cycles, retire assets with disposal records, and run an annual asset check to confirm everything's still where it should be. Export your full register as CSV, and link assets directly to your equipment records for a complete picture.

Skills Plans (Training Skills Maintenance)
Build training plans around the skills your members need to maintain, enrol them, and track progress over time. When creating training sessions you can now pull directly from your skills plans — and members can see their own progress through the Station Portal.

Plus in this release: dress code options for events, bulk member edits, bulk availability updates, hydrant run optimisation using GPS ordering, duty officer on calendars, and a bunch of fixes and improvements across the board.

StationOne v0.18.0 is now available 🚒

This one's packed with improvements across the platform:

🧰 Equipment just got serious. Track third-party servicing with configurable intervals and automatic reminders, attach files (receipts, service records), add notes with a full audit trail, and run a dedicated servicing report.
🎯 Actions are more powerful than ever. Mark a vehicle out of service directly from a reported issue. Export actions to PDF. Set up recurring tasks (monthly checks, annual reviews). And now any action can be made public via your Station Portal.
🗓️ Events now support waitlisting. Set minimum and maximum attendee limits — members are waitlisted automatically when you hit capacity.
🧑‍🚒 Member records got smarter. Capture dietary requirements and allergies, and export that data as CSV — handy for catering at training days and events.
💪🏼 Training sessions can now be cancelled with automatic notifications to attendees, keeping everyone in the loop.
📚 Library improvements — tag articles and search from both the admin console and Station Portal.

Plus a framework upgrade, security patches for two CVEs, tightened data scoping, and a stack of bug fixes under the hood.

Introducing Purchase Orders in StationOne 📦

Brigades can now raise, approve, and track supply orders directly in StationOne — no spreadsheets, no paper trails.

Create a PO, link it to your low-stock alerts, get it approved by a second set of eyes, then email it straight to your supplier. When the delivery arrives, record what came in and your stock levels update automatically.

Purpose-built for volunteer brigades. Simple approval workflows, full audit trail, and everything connected to your existing inventory.

StationOne v0.17.0 is here 🎉

We've packed in a huge amount of new functionality for brigades this month:

📚 Library — Build an internal document library with categories, permissions, and public access. Link articles to training sessions, events, and inspection questions so the right info shows up exactly where it's needed. Export to PDF.

💸 Purchase Orders — Raise POs, send them for approval, link them to actions and stock items. From issue raised to stock replenished, all in one place.

🧑‍🚒 Duty Officer — Track your duty officer by crew schedule, manual assignment, or rotation. Visible on the Kiosk and Station Portal.

↔️ Kiosk Check-Out — Members can now check out, availability auto-resets, and admins can bulk check out the whole crew. Set a configurable on-station timeout for stragglers.

🎯 Actions — Brigade users can now create their own actions, attach files, and add photos directly from the Station Portal when reporting an issue.

🚒 Loan Vehicles — Loan a vehicle to another unit so they can keep running inspections without skipping a beat.

Plus: training and BA dashboards, copy sections between inspection templates, custom activity types for brigade attendance, and a stack of bug fixes.

Our new Station Kiosk interface is now available 🎉

The Station Kiosk can run on any web-enabled device with a modern browser, such as Tablets and Desktop PC's. The interface allows members to easily register their attendance when entering the station.

The Kiosk Interface will dynamically update to show the Event and Training checkin options when scheduled.

All Activity on the kiosk is logged and can be exported as a CSV.

Capture unscheduled activities 🗓️

We understand some volunteers may not always be able to make it t training, or scheduled events - but they still contribute via other means.

The Brigade/Unit Activities feature allows members to:
✅ Capture time spent at the brigade for activities that may not be an event, training or duty crew.
✅ Capture time for attendance at external, brigade related meetings.
✅ Capture time for higher duties such as peer support.

All activity attendance is captured in member reporting, this means those members giving time in other ways are not disadvantaged in reports and get fair representation 💪🏼

One of our most requested features is finally live 🎉

StationOne v0.13.0 is now live and introduces the Feature Based Permissions system.

This allows you to appoint permissions to specific parts of the platform to your members. Have someone who manages hoses or vehicles? You can now give them permission to manage ONLY these parts of the platform.
