Our Digital Signature Addon, has an a big upgrade. Customers can approve optional items on the signature page. The page has also been redesigned to be cleaner, better responsiveness on mobile devices.

If you also buy the storage extension, using the mobile app, you can take video (up to 30 seconds) and it will be automatically attached to the quote. this video might be include in the signature page when you send the request.

The printing options on the quote/invoice headers are also respected. meaning any hide item/hide prices setting that you set on the item/headers will also reflected on the this page.

"In Australia, the use of SMS alpha tags (alphanumeric sender IDs) is undergoing significant regulatory changes to combat SMS scams. A new SMS Sender ID Register is being established to track entities using alpha tags and potentially mandate their registration." This will come into effect in October, to prepare for this change, we have been working with our service provider to register all the "Workshop name when send SMS" for your businesses. You might have received some email regarding the registration, these are for this purpose.

Some workshops want to use their mobile number as sender ID so they can receive replies directly in their mobile device. this will also need to go through a verification process. If you use this method, please contact our support team so they can walk you through it.

As you might have noticed, we have released the new UI for beta testing. this is a massive job that we have been working for the last 3 years. We try our best to retain the User experience to be consistent to the old UI and only tidy up a few bits here and there, however the new UI is actually written with newer framework which allows us to innovate much faster in the future. In the next coming months, our focus will be taking on all the feedbacks and polishing the new UI.

As a big job as it is, we expect quite a bit of bugs before it become stable, so please try them out as much as you can and please report any bug you find to our support team.

Going forward, any improvement we make will be available only on the new UI (unless it is absolutely essential, we can then put them on the old UI) so the sooner you are familiar with the new UI the better.

We will manage the release of the UI very carefully as to not disrupt your businesses, the old UI will be available until the new UI is stable and only then we will gradually migrating existing customers on to the new UI.
