We love our office. We’re based over two levels in the Melbourne CBD, right in the heart of the action. With a fully stocked kitchen, daily breakfast, real coffee on tap, soft drink in the fridge and all you can eat fruit we’re pretty comfortable! We make sure the two levels come together often, so everyone still feels part of the team. In fact, sometimes you can get a great workout running up and down those stairs! Socially active team

Everyone loves a party, and we have a few! Once a month we let our hair down, with some kind of awesome activity. One month could be trampolining, the next could be poker. Regardless of what it may be, it’s a great opportunity to let your hair down and get to know your co-workers. Every Friday afternoon (after our internal training and development sessions) we have a beer to celebrate the week and start the weekend off right. And most importantly, once a month we have lunch with the entire team. We like to spend time together, and we create plenty of opportunities to do just that. Continual improvement

We’re always looking for ways to improve, and we believe there is no better way to do that than with ongoing training and development. So we provide plenty of opportunities to learn new things. Most weeks we have internal training sessions, on topics that vary wildly. There’s always something new to learn! We also believe in learning what’s happening in our industry as well, and actively participate in conferences such as Web Directions South, Web Directions Code, and our varying industry associations.
