Today we celebrate the incredible women of Creatik.

Our studio is proudly shaped by women, 91% in fact. And while the industry standard for women in leadership sits around 35%, at Creatik it’s 80%.

As Kylie prepares for her upcoming AGDA talk, Women Don’t Stay: The Industry We Built and the One We Need, we’ve been reflecting on how important it is to build workplaces where women stay, thrive and lead.

GOLD at the World Design Awards 2026 🏆🌍 Better Future Design Awards

Our work for Tumut River Brewing Co has taken out Gold on the world stage, and honestly… we’re still buzzing.

From a regional brewery to global recognition, this one means a lot. Built on the idea of always flowing, the brand captures the spirit of the river itself: constant movement, craft, and connection to place.

Huge credit to the Tumut team for backing bold thinking and trusting the process, and to our incredible Creatik crew who brought this brand to life in three dimensions.

With 17 years behind us, we’re proud of the
reputation we’ve built as a considered creative
partner. That will never change but we want our
brand to tell the full story. Creativity has always
been at the heart of what we do, and it was
time our brand reflected that.

Our rebrand feels like the perfect way to cap off a big year. From speaking at SXSW and the NetWealth Accelerate Summit to celebrating award wins and taking home the 2025 Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Award for Creative Services, it’s been a year of action and impact. A huge thank you to our team for making it all happen alongside everything else. It was a true collaboration across the studio.
