We’re Hiring: Operations Manager | Bongtech Limited
Are you a strategic leader with deep industry know-how and a passion for executional excellence? Bongtech Limited is seeking a high-impact Operations Manager to lead and orchestrate our vendor, client, and processing teams in the dynamic world of property preservation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Own and oversee end-to-end operations—vendor coordination, client communication, and order processing
-Plan, prioritise, and allocate tasks effectively to ensure seamless daily operations
-Streamline processing systems for speed, accuracy, and scalability
-Optimize workflows and drive accountability across teams
-Build and nurture long-term vendor and client relationships
-Ensure compliance, quality control, and timely completion of tasks
-Provide regular operational reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
-Lead with insight, clarity, urgency, and data-backed decisions
What We're Looking For:
-A natural leader with 3+ years of experience in property preservation and maintenance
-Bachelors degree in any discipline
-Strong command of written and spoken English is essential. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients, vendors, and internal teams.
-Proven expertise in work order processing and workflow management
-Deep understanding of field operations and vendor coordination
-Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
-A proactive, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Office Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Shahjadpur, Gulshan 2, Dhaka
Compensation:
