This year's theme, Friendship Beyond Borders, is a fitting reminder that friendship does not depend on geography, culture or background. It usually starts with something simple: a conversation, a shared moment or the willingness to understand someone whose experience looks different from your own.

At Startise, that idea reflects how our own team operates every day. We work across different countries, cultures and time zones, and over the years, that trust and reliability has become the foundation for everything we build. It is a big part of why we have grown into creating products that now empower more than 7 million users.
