Job Title: Junior Executive, Brand & Media Team
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka
📝 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
We’re looking for a hands-on video creator who’s ready to turn ideas into content. This role is for someone early in their career who understands the basics of shooting & editing & wants to grow fast through real work. You should be comfortable picking up a camera, setting up a shot, & bringing it together in the edit. If you enjoy being on the ground, creating, experimenting, & improving with every project, this role is for you.
📝 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✔Plan & execute video shoots, both indoor & outdoor
✔Shoot content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras as well as mobile devices when needed
✔Handle basic lighting & sound setup to ensure quality production
✔Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro with a clear sense of pacing & storytelling
✔Apply basic motion graphics & effects using After Effects
✔Perform basic color correction & grading to enhance visual quality
✔Design engaging thumbnails for videos using Canva or Photoshop
✔Collaborate with the content & brand team to bring ideas to life
✔Manage & organize raw footage, project files & exports
✔Stay ready for quick shoots & fast turnarounds when required
📝 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✔Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
✔Basic hands-on experience with video shooting & editing
✔Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
✔Understanding of framing, composition & camera handling
✔Basic knowledge of lighting, sound recording & color grading
✔Willingness to shoot outdoor content, events, Facebook Live sessions, & school visits
✔Comfortable working in different locations, including occasional travel outside the city
✔Willingness to learn, adapt, & grow in a fast-paced environment
✔Strong attention to detail & a proactive mindset
📝 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:
✔Experience in shooting different formats (talking head, reels, interviews, etc.)
✔Ability to work with minimal equipment & still produce quality content
✔A creative eye for storytelling & visual composition
✔ Interest in current video trends & content styles
