At Revo Interactive, we're building games and playable experiences that look great and feel even better. We're looking for a Graphics Designer who lives and breathes gaming—someone who understands that great UI isn't just pretty, it's intuitive, and that every icon tells a story.

If you're passionate about gaming, love creating 2D assets, and want to work in a collaborative studio environment (no remote, we like to create together), we'd love to meet you.

🧐What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating game UI design, icon work, and 2D asset creation.

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD etc.).

• Solid understanding of game art pipelines and how UI/2D assets integrate with game engines.

• Ability to work independently while taking creative direction.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Dhaka—this is an in-person role at our Niketan office.

🎁 Bonus Points If You
• Have experience with animation (2D or spine).
• Understand Unity or other game engines.
• Have worked on mobile games or playable ads before.
• Can concept and sketch ideas quickly.

🎮 Join Our Playable & Game Development Division

At Revo Interactive, we believe great games start with great assets; and great assets start with people who genuinely love what they do. We're looking for a 3D Generalist who eats, sleeps, and breathes gaming and computer-generated art. If you geek out over optimised meshes, PBR textures, and the magic of how game engines bring pixels to life, we want to meet you.

Who You Are

- Passionate About Gaming: You don't just play games—you think about how they're built. You follow industry trends, appreciate art styles, and understand what makes assets look and feel great in-game.
- A 3D Generalist by Trade: You're comfortable across the entire 3D pipeline—modelling, UV unwrapping, texturing, and sometimes basic rigging or lighting.
- Optimisation-Obsessed: You know that a beautiful asset is useless if it tanks performance on mobile or web. You build with polygons and draw calls in mind.
- Tech-Curious: You understand how game engines (Unity, Unreal, or custom engines) render assets—how shaders work, how lighting interacts with materials, and how to bake efficiency into every model.

What You'll Do

- Create stunning, optimised 3D assets and textures for playable ads and mobile/web games.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure assets integrate smoothly and perform flawlessly across platforms.
- Experiment with styles, from stylised to realistic, depending on project needs.
- Stay up to date with rendering techniques, asset compression standards, and industry tools.

What We're Looking For

- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D asset creation for games (mobile/web experience is a big plus).
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.).
- Solid understanding of real-time rendering pipelines and optimisation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and take creative direction.
- A team player who communicates clearly and loves collaborating with other creatives.

Bonus Points If You

- Have experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Understand shader graphs or material creation.
- Animate or rig (even basics are a plus!).
- Have worked on playable ads or hyper-casual games before.
