Position: Network Engineer – NOC

Galaxy NET, one of the leading Internet Service Providers (ISP) in the Dhaka division, is looking for qualified and dedicated candidates to join our NOC department.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the entire network infrastructure.
- Configure JUNIPER Routers (basic knowledge), MikroTik Routers, and switches (BDCOM, CISCO, Huawei).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, and tunneling.
- Hands-on experience with multiple OLT platforms (BDCOM, VSOL, Huawei, TBS, C-Data, ECOM, Aurora, etc.).
- Practical experience with various Access Points (AP) and home routers.

Educational Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (Required)
- BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (Optional)

Additional Requirements
- Age: 23+
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an ISP or IIG NOC environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work in shift-based rosters and weekends if required.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, MTCNA, MTCRE will be considered an added advantage.

🔧 দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য (Job Responsibilities):

Mikrotik Router সম্পূর্ণ কনফিগারেশন, রাউটিং ও ট্রাবলশুটিং করা।
Basic Firewall setup ও maintenance।
NAT, DHCP, BGP configuration ও monitoring করা।
Bandwidth monitoring এবং user management করা।
OLT full configuration ও ONU setup করা।
Remote client handle করা (phone / remote tool এর মাধ্যমে)।
Reseller connection setup, MAC bind ও bandwidth assign করা।
Switch basic configuration ও ট্রাবলশুটিং।
Network performance monitoring ও senior admin কে রিপোর্ট প্রদান।
NOC টিমের সাথে কাজ করে network uptime maintain করা ও দ্রুত সমস্যা সমাধান করা।

🎓 শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Educational Qualification):
Diploma / B.Sc. in CSE / EEE বা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে।
Networking সম্পর্কিত সার্টিফিকেশন (MTCNA / MTCRE / CCNA) থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
💡 দক্ষতা (Skills Required):
Mikrotik, OLT, Switch ও Firewall configuration সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা।
Network troubleshooting ও client support এ দক্ষতা।
Teamwork, time management ও communication skill থাকা আবশ্যক।

🕘 কাজের সময় (Work Time):
Shift basis (Day/Night Rotation)
