ADN DigiNet Limited is a leading technology company specializing in enterprise software engineering and digital transformation.
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Application Developer to take ownership of our mobile product portfolio and lead the development of high quality, scalable mobile applications for both iOS and Android. The role involves working closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver reliable user experiences for clients across fintech, telecom, and enterprise sectors.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS using cross-platform frameworks (Flutter / React Native) and / or native technologies (Swift, Kotlin).
• Translate functional requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Build reusable components and libraries that improve development speed and code consistency across projects.
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, third party SDKs, payment gateways, and backend services.
𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 & 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
• Make architectural decisions for new mobile applications and review existing codebases for improvements.
• Apply best practices around state management, modular architecture, and dependency management.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards across the mobile team.
• Optimize applications for performance, memory usage, battery consumption, and offline reliability.
𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 & 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
• Manage the full release cycle including build configuration, app signing, versioning, and deployment to Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Handle app store compliance, review processes, and post release monitoring.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds.
• Troubleshoot production issues using crash analytics tools, logs, and remote debugging.
𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:
• Work closely with product, design, backend, and QA teams during planning and delivery.
• Mentor junior developers, support their growth, and help build a strong engineering culture within the team.
• Contribute to technical discussions, sprint planning, and estimation sessions.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Experience with offline first architecture, sync mechanisms, and field use mobile applications.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools (Codemagic, Bitrise, Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
• Working knowledge of Firebase, analytics tools, and crash reporting (Crashlytics, Sentry).
• Exposure to enterprise grade applications, fintech mobile apps, or large-scale field service tools.
• Understanding of native development concepts even when working primarily on cross-platform stacks.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and ownership mindset.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a reputed university.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Flutter, React Native, Swift (iOS), or Kotlin (Android). Experience across multiple is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of shipping production apps to Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, push notifications, and mobile data storage (SQLite, Hive, Realm, or similar).
• Experience with version control (Git), branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.
