A maintenance engineer walks up to a compressor, scans a QR code taped to the housing, and the asset's TrendMiner dashboard opens on their phone. No laptop, no searching, no calling someone back at a desk.

That's the mobile dashboard experience in TrendMiner 2026.R2. Log in from a phone and you land straight in a mobile-optimized dashboard overview, built for browsing, time frame switching, live mode, and context inspection on a small touch screen. Editing stays on desktop, but the field work, checking status, confirming a reading, catching an anomaly, now happens where the equipment actually is.

We're showing the full workflow live on August 27, 4pm CEST / 9am CDT, including the QR scanner in action.

How much of your team's process insight still depends on someone being back at a desk?

What happens when a process engineer asks Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude a question about a batch deviation, and the answer comes back grounded in real historian data instead of a generic guess?

That's what TrendMiner's new MCP Server is built for. It connects your time-series data and analytic tools to the AI clients your organization already uses, so questions get answered against your actual process data, not a language model's best guess. The first release covers discovery, data and analysis, and visualization tools, with more planned for future releases.

We're demoing it live on August 27, 4pm CEST / 9am CDT, alongside mobile dashboards and 20-level calculated tag nesting.

Is your organization already standardizing on an AI client internally, and would this kind of connection be useful to your team?

Cleanroom HVAC is one of the biggest energy draws in semiconductor manufacturing. When a chiller or cooling tower drifts out of tune, nothing alarms. It just shows up gradually, on the energy bill.

TrendMiner's intuitive process analytics, augmented by agentic AI, turns historian, MES, BMS, and QMS data into answers, so engineers can trace an excursion to its root cause without a data science queue. The same platform maps that cleanroom data straight onto manufacturing data, so root cause can span facility and process in one view.

Where is your cleanroom losing the most energy?

Data centers are building the infrastructure the world's AI runs on. Yet many of these facilities lag behind the process industries when it comes to using their own operational data.

Cooling alone can account for a third or more of a data center's total energy draw, and the skill gap behind it is widening as experienced engineers retire faster than facilities can train replacements.

Charlotte Fischer, Industry Principal at TrendMiner, looks at what data centers can learn from an industry that's already worked through this, and where AI built to sharpen human judgment, not replace it, actually fits.

A temperature spike in the cooling loop often traces back to a power event three systems away. Catching that link fast takes experience, not luck.

TrendMiner does that pattern-matching without waiting for experience. It turns cooling, power, and IT data into answers: intuitive process analytics, augmented by agentic AI, no code, no queue. It correlates root cause in minutes, catches asset degradation before it hits the energy bill, and keeps CSRD and PUE reporting audit-ready year-round.

What's the harder problem for you right now: catching issues early, or proving compliance after the fact?

Plant hierarchies just got 10x more room to breathe in TrendMiner.

Calculated tags now support 20 levels of nesting, up from 2. You can compute a KPI at unit level, aggregate it at area level, then roll it up to plant level, with each step as its own reusable tag. Build calculations incrementally and refine them as your analysis evolves, without planning the entire tag tree upfront.

We're walking through this live on August 27, 4pm CEST / 9am CDT, alongside mobile dashboards and the new MCP Server.

What would deeper nesting change about how you structure calculations today?

TrendMiner 2026.R2 is here, and we're walking through it live on August 27.

This release addresses three things that have been on customers' request lists for a while.

Mobile dashboards put asset insights on the phones field teams already carry. Calculated tags now support 20 levels of nesting, up from 2, which changes how you can model complex plant hierarchies. And a new MCP Server connects TrendMiner's time-series data and analytic tools to the AI clients your organization already uses: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

If you haven't been to TrendLab before, this year's Americas edition is in Houston.

October 7-8 at the Four Seasons Hotel. It's a working event: people bring laptops, sessions get technical, and day 2 is led by process experts presenting use cases from their own plants and facilities.

Day 1 covers structured training by role. Day 2 is peer-led. You also get a first look at the TrendMiner roadmap and time to ask the questions that actually matter to your work.

Bringing a team? Groups of 3 get 10% off. Five or more from the same company: 15% off. Contact [email protected] to register a group.

Early bird pricing (25% off) ends June 30.
