Great spaces aren’t only seen, they’re heard.
Sound should never be an afterthought. The materials, dimensions and design of a room all affect how people hear, communicate and experience the space.
This NY Times article although a little older, is still a worthwhile read for architects, designers, contractors and anyone planning a new facility or renovation. Involve your audio and acoustical specialists early—the right decisions during the design stage can prevent expensive compromises later.
