The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund (DWF) and Hudsonโs Bay Foundation (HBF) are pleased to support Indigenous cultural, artistic, and educational activities through ๐ข๐๐ต๐ธ๐ถ ๐ช๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฒ | ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ธ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐๐ป๐ฑ.
Offered through two grant streams (Reconciliation Action Grants and Capacity Building Grants), The Blanket Fund can be accessed by both grassroots Indigenous communities and organizations, and by Indigenous individuals undertaking related initiatives.
The ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ stream focuses on Indigenous cultural, artistic, and educational activities, events, and initiatives that contribute to cultural revitalization, elevate Indigenous cultures, languages, and traditions, increase understanding between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples, or other grassroots initiatives that move reconciliation forward through culture, art, and education.
