We are looking for a highly capable People Operations Manager to own our end-to-end HR ecosystem. You will be taking care of our team from their first interview to their exit interview, and everything in between.
This isn't a traditional, bureaucratic punch-in-punch-out HR role. We need someone who can balance structural organization with a deep, human-centric approach. 1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
◇ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle

2. Onboarding & Employee Experience

◇ Design, implement, and periodically review our compensation and benefits packages.

4. Organizational Development & Performance Management
◇ Coordinate annual performance review cycles, assisting managers in setting clear KPIs and OKRs.

We traded our monitors for a long table on the roof, where every teammate brought a piece of their home to share. Seeing the rooftop transformed into a vibrant marketplace of flavors was a testament to the diverse group of people who make this company what it is.

Laughter travels differently when there are no walls around you. We spent the evening enjoying the view, the food, and most importantly, each other’s company. A simple potluck, elevated by a change in scenery and a lot of heart.
