A lot of people believe coding bootcamps will make you job-ready in just 12 weeks.

It sounds nice, and many people want it to be true.

But the reality is a bit different.

In 12 weeks, you only learn the basics — some syntax, some tools, and how things work at a surface level. But you don’t fully learn how to build real projects on your own without help.

Most people who get jobs after bootcamps don’t succeed because of the bootcamp alone.

They succeed because they kept building and practicing even after it ended.

The certificate is not the most important part.
The real growth comes from actually building things.

So instead of looking for shortcuts, focus on learning by doing and building real projects. That’s where real skill comes from.
