Steps:
[0] Get the delid press ready.
[1] Delid .
[2] Throw away Intels IHS.
[3] Polish (Even though we have no exposed resistors)
[4] Apply Liquid Metal
[5] Apply Silicon High-Temp to new fully-coper IHS.
[6] Let the new IHS dry.
[7] Apply liquid metal on top of new IHS.
[8] Mount Noctua Beast.
[9] Admire.
(Unless you have a custom made-of-copper looped water-cooling system [which is truly impressive] , don't even bother mentioning anything else as an alternative.)
