If you’re an Architect, Product Owner, Developer, or DevOps/QE engineer in or near Munich, this hackathon at the Microsoft Munich office is a hands-on opportunity for your cross-functional team to put the discipline of AI-native development to the test.

In one day, together with Julia Kordick (Microsoft), Vedran Krizic (PRODYNA), and Robin Elger (PRODYNA), you’ll apply a systematic, artifact-first approach that ensures AI-generated code meets production-grade standards and move a project from raw concept to a verified, functional local service.

GitHub Copilot has evolved from autocomplete into a full agentic platform, with custom agents, reusable prompts, scoped instructions, skills, and agent-to-agent handoffs now available as native capabilities. In this hackathon, you’ll learn how to compose these primitives into governed workflows where every role owns a critical part of the engineering lifecycle.

Why the human touch still wins in content design?

Remember how mobile cameras once turned everyone into a "photographer"? It’s happening again—tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney have democratized content creation.

But owning the tool definitely doesn’t mean mastering the craft.

While Generative AI offers speed and scale, humans bring what algorithms (still) can’t: empathy, context, and strategic intent.

💡 The bottom line:

→ Democratization vs. Mastery: Tools are accessible to everyone, but quality depends on who's at the wheel.

→ Human-Centric Approach: AI generates content, but people create experiences that solve real user problems.

→ Synergy, not replacement: GenAI is a powerful assistant, but content designers are the ones providing the "secret sauce"—authenticity.
